Maygen Blessman, LCSW (she/her/hers)

Maygen has worked in mental health services with adults, children, adolescents and families as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community in a variety of settings for over ten years. Maygen focuses on client’s individual strengths to develop a unique, customized treatment plan to help people meet their mental health goals. Maygen uses mindfulness and behavior management tools to treat symptoms while exploring patterns of maladaptive coping skills in order to create healthy habits and positive ways of handling the stress and suffering of life. Maygen utilizes an eclectic array of therapeutic techniques to help with a wide variety of diagnoses and challenges but specializes in bibliotherapy. Maygen has a Master’s Degree of Social Work from Boston University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor in the beautiful state of Oregon.
